1) Our working hours are from Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Unless otherwise stated, eg. the team is out of office for an event/sourcing trip.
2) All emails (including payment verification) will be attended to within 1 - 2 working days. (We will try our best to reply emails over the weekends)
3) Kindly refrain from sending us multiple emails as doing so would push your email down the list, resulting in a later reply.
1) Kindly ensure that the correct item in the correct colours/sizes have been selected before checking out. Orders will not be amended once confirmed and no exchanges will be allowed if wrong size/colour is selected.
2) Kindly ensure that the correct shipping address is entered. Orders with incorrect/incomplete address may result in lost or delayed mails.
3) All orders will be mailed out within 1 - 2 working days, once payment is verified, excluding public holidays.
4) Discount codes should be entered at the point of purchase. There will be no refunds made if discount code is not entered then.
5) Refunds or store credits are not allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
1) All parcels are handled by SingPost & Rocket Uncle.
2) Parcels mailed via SingPost will be delivered in 3 - 5 working days and is chargeable at $1.70 for first item, $0.50 for sub. item. The amount includes manpower and logistic costs.
3) Parcels mailed via Rocket Uncle will be delivered in 1 - 3 working days and is chargeable at a flat rate of $5 per order.
4) In the event that the stamp value on your parcel is less than the shipping value paid, the excess will not be refunded.
5) International parcels are mailed via SingPost and will take 7 - 20 working days to be delivered.
6 Instock items and backorder items that are checked out together in a single order will be mailed out together, once all backorders items have arrived.
7) In the event a parcel is sent back to us due to an error in shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is required to top up $1.70(normal mail) or $5 (courier) for parcel to be mailed out again.
8) Kindly note that The Nine Dame will not be liable for any lost and delayed parcels or any damaged items should you opt for normal mail. Opting for courier delivery is strongly encouraged.
1) To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
2) Returns/Exchanges are qualified for the following: (i) defects or (ii) wrong item(s) sent or (iii) size exchange, assuming that the said item/s are unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition.
3) Length discrepancy of 0.5"-1" shall not be considered a defect. Colors shown may also slightly deviate on different screens as different devices have different colour resolutions.
4) Returns/exchanges are accepted within 5 working days from receiving the item. Regarding defects/wrong items sent, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days of receiving the item(s). Please include clear snapshots of the defect area in the email.
5) Under all other circumstances, if the defected design is still in stock, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 5 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits will be issued.
6) In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock due to system glitches or deemed unsellable by our quality check, a store credit will be processed.
7) Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8) All sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
1) All sale prices are deemed final by The Nine Dame.
1) We accept bank transfers and PayPal payments (iBank transactions are highly encouraged to avoid delay in payment verification)
2) In the event that money transferred via cash deposits are done and there are excess after paying for an order, the excess will be converted to store credits and are non-refundable.
3) Orders are automatically cancelled in the event that:
- payment is not made within 24 hours,
- unresponded emails for orders with insufficient details after 2 weeks. eg. incomplete shipping address.
